As an Honest Lash Franchisee, founders Sarah and Jonathan Ellis (as well as the rest of our Honest Lash Team) will be by your side, helping you along the path of success and supporting you as you achieve your franchise dreams. Since 2020, our incredible team has been providing high-quality lash extensions, and other beauty services, to the people of Texas. We love what we do and we think you will too! The Team

Sarah Ellis: Founding Partner, Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
Sarah Ellis spent the better half of the last decade as a pediatric nurse. In 2014, she earned her masters degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, furthering her passion within the medical industry. After taking a brief break to raise their three young children, Sarah was recruited by her husband, Jonathan, to help with the people component of their latest venture. Sarah believes in people development and is a critical role to operations and our overall culture. This involves managing both the staff, and the daily operations of our four corporate Honest Lash locations.
Jonathan Ellis: Founding Partner, President & Chief Executive Officer
A lifelong Franchisee, Jonathan Ellis proudly served as a third generation McDonald’s Franchisee from 2010 to 2018. Jonathan personally managed 19 restaurants for BG Foods Inc. dba McDonald’s including all franchisee obligations. In 2018, Jonathan exited McDonald’s and acquired 15 Sylvan Learning Centers in Central and North Texas. Due to the Pandemic, and schools shuttering for the better part of a year, we were forced to pivot. This pivot in November of 2020 ultimately created Honest Lash, and here we are today beginning to franchise! Our foundation and vision for Honest lash are built with this entrepreneurial spirit in mind.
